Complaints Procedure
In the event that you wish to complain, please write to the trustees at the charity's registered address.
We undertake to ackowledge your complaint within 20 working days and to take your complaint seriously. To assist us in the investigation we would like you to complain as soon as possible about the item causing you concern.
The trustees will endeavour to investigate your complaint and respond within 3 months.
If you are not satified by their response you may appeal, providing any supplementary infomation you have, and the item will be reviewed at the next full trustees meeting. The decision of the trustees meeting is final.
If you are still not satified with the charity's reponse then you should complain direct to the Charity Commission.
